REVTRAK Online Payments

You can now make trip payments online at bluesprings.revtrak.net. On the first page you will click on "Band Fees & Trips" then you can choose whether you want to pay the $175 Band Participation fee, or if you’d like to make a trip payment click on "Tournament of Roses Parade-2009 Trip Scholarship Donation Confirmation & Payment."  Then simply follow the instructions.  It’s that easy!  You cannot check a student’s trip account via REVTRAK, you can only make payments.

Fundraisers and Trip Accounts! Are you curious as to how much money your student earned with the fundraisers? Simply email Debbie White at dwhite@bssd.net and she can give you a total ASAP. Also, if you have trip payment questions, feel free to email Debbie with those also.

• It is a good idea to mail any form or payment that has a deadline. All registration forms, trip forms, parent volunteer forms, phone directory forms or any money that might be due with the above forms may be mailed to the following address:

Fundraisers: 

Sonic Cards are almost gone!  The Wrisinger-King Franchise of Sonic Restaurants donated 1000 "Community First Value Cards" to the Golden Regiment.  These cards sell for $5.00, but are valued much higher.  We greatly appreciate this contribution to our band and the support of our students.  "Thank You Sonic!"

We would like to express our gratitude to the dozens of parents that assisted with the District Instrumental Solo-Ensemble Festival.  You made a very busy day run very smoothly.  "Thank You!"

SME SNACKS!

Once again we would like to provide a cold snack or beverage for the students EVERYDAY of SME this summer.  That’s 15 days that we need to cover.  We like to offer them Powerade, Gatorade, Flavored Water, Popsicles, Freeze Pops or anything of that sort.  You can even team up with another family to provide the treats.  Then simply email Debbie White, pick a date, and purchase 250 of whichever treat you choose.  The morning that you’re assigned to provide the snack, drop it off with your child.  This is a great way to get involved and the students REALLY appreciate the COLD treat! 

Other Information – If you're not receiving ANY mail from the band, you should probably verify your address with Debbie White or a band staff person as this keeps you from getting very important information. We do not mail a lot of correspondence, but when we do you can be sure it is important.
